Our Month Of Management process, also known as Day Of Coordination, begins 3 months out from your event.
We gather + organize all your information, board you onto your custom
e-planner, take over vendor relations, go on a venue walkthrough, create your itineraries, event floor plans and of course, provide full service coverage on the day of your event.

Partial Planning is curated for those who know what they want and have booked all major vendors, but require that additional assistance to bring your vision to life.
We step in 6 - 8 months out to do a full detailing, find + book any remaining vendors, take over vendor + client relations and provide full coverage on the day of your event. Includes all services from Day of Coordination.

We find, book + manage all your vendors. Strategically create, balance & update your budget. Curate your vision with our custom design guide & provide unlimited client communication.

Looking for guidance or support without having to book a full package? We offer consultation calls with our Principal Planners for those of you who may only require our knowledge or experience for specific projects / tasks. Consultations can include, but are not limited to the following.
